The capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo is experiencing a new fuel shortage at several gas stations. For more than two days, car drivers have been struggling to find gasoline at the pump. This shortage is due to the cessation of payments by the SEP Congo company, one of the logistical giants in the oil sector in the DRC.
